• 摘要： 人际沟通分析理论 (Transactional Analysis，TA) 是一种人格理论，也是一种系统的心理治疗方法。在国外，TA不仅在心理咨询与治疗领域发挥重要的作用，还被应用到学校教育、机构管理和沟通培训领域中。 中国沟通分析协会 (Chinese Transactional Analysis Association，CTAA) 于2012年成立，并由此开始系统培训中国的沟通分析师，越来越多的专业人士和爱好者投入到TA的学习、应用和传播活动中。本文就TA理论的发展、主要概念、理论应用以及理论评价进行简单阐述，目的是让人们对这一理论有更多的了解，以促进TA理论的传播和应用。
• Transactional Analysis (TA) is not only a theory of personality and relationships but also a theory of social interaction or interpersonal communication as well as a system of group and/or individual psychotherapy. At abroad, TA plays an important role in psychological counseling and psychotherapy as well as in the other fields, such as the school education, the organizational management and the communication trainings. In 2012, with the foundation of Chinese Transactional Analysis Association (CTAA) and the beginning of the Chinese transactional analysts training, more and more experts and amateurs devote to the study, practice and communication of TA. This article demonstrates the development, main concepts, application of TA and makes a brief evaluation. The aim is to make TA to be comprehended more widely and to promote its applications and communications.
