• 摘要： 精神卫生医疗团队有其独特职业属性与功能，在精神与心理卫生保健 方面具有疾病防治、促进人类心理健康等责任。护理认证考试是以确保从业人 员的专业素养，在与美国相互对照下，不管是台湾地区还是中国大陆的专科护 理师制度尚未成熟，本文来深入探讨精神专科护理师、联系照会护理师、心理 咨询师、心理治疗师的利弊得失，以期可以开创精神与心理卫生领域的新旅程。
• Mental health medical team has its unique professional attributes and functions, and has the responsibility of disease prevention and treatment, promoting human mental health and so on in mental and mental health care. The purpose of nursing certification examination is to ensure the professional quality of the practitioners. In contrast with the United States, the professional nurse system in Taiwan and Mainland China is not yet mature. This paper aims to explore the advantages and disadvantages of mental professional nurse, contact note nurse, psychological consultant and psychotherapist, so as to create a new journey in the field of mental and mental health.
