- 摘要： 边缘型人格障碍罪犯是监狱心理矫治的重点对象。本文从实践出发， 阐述在心理动力学范畴内，全面了解患者的现实表现和形成原因是心理矫治取 得成效的基础；积极营造支持、安全和一致性的环境是心理矫治取得成效的前提； 正确处理阻抗、移情和框架设置是心理矫治取得成效的关键。
- Borderline personality disorder criminals are the focus of psychological correction in prison. Based on the practice, this article states that in the category of Psychodynamics, a comprehensive understanding of the reality of patients and causes of formation is the basis for the success of psychological correction; To construct a supportive, safe and consistent environment is the premise of psychological correction, and to deal with impedance, empathy and frame correctly is the key to the success of psychological correction.
