• 摘要： 游戏治疗是指受过训练的治疗师运用游戏的治疗性力量去协助个案预防或解决心理社会困境，从而使被治疗者获得最大化的成长和发展的一种心理治疗方法。本文首先在 1983 年以来国内外游戏治疗文献研究的基础上，对游戏治疗的理论发展进行了介绍，并对游戏治疗的研究进行梳理，然后，对游戏治疗研究的趋势进行了展望。未来的研究需要。加强我国游戏治疗的本土化研究，不断扩大游戏治疗的临床应用范围，完善游戏治疗师的培养。
• Play therapy refers to a psychotherapy method of in which trained therapist use the therapeutic power of the game to assist the case to prevent or solve the psychological social dilemma，thereby to enable the patients to get the greatest growth and development. On the basis of the domestic and foreign literature research on children-centered play therapy since 1983, this paper shows the theoretical development of play therapy, combs the research of play therapy and prospects the trend of the study of play therapy for children. In the end，the future research is advised to be established on the background of Chinese culture, strengthened the localization of the play therapy in China, expanded the scope of clinical application of play therapy，and improved the training of play therapists.
