移空技术对一例“心如刀绞”大学生的干预报告

• 摘要： 本文是一例运用移空技术对一位久有自杀念头、疫情期间目睹熟识朋友跳水自杀遗体的来访者的干预报告。初始访谈后，分别就来访者的“左肺胀痛”、“心刺痛”、“恐惧”进行了三次移空治疗。移空疗效显著：两次移空治疗后来访者就表示“没有想死的念头”、“想安静地活到老”；四个月之后来访者以上症状消失，并能坦然接受朋友离世、心无旁骛地快乐工作。本文还对移空这一技术能有效提高咨询师的胜任力进行了讨论。
• This article reports a case study of the application of Yikong Skill in the intervention of a client who had suicidal thoughts over a long period and witnessed the remains of a close friend diving into suicide during the epidemic. After the initial interview, the client's "left lung distended pain", "heart tingling pain" and "fear" were treated for three times. The effect of Yikong Skill was significant: after two times of Yikong Skill treatment, the client expressed "no thought of dying" and "want to live quietly and long". After four months, the client's symptoms mentioned above disappeared and she was able to accept the death of her friend and work happily without distractions. This paper also discusses the effectiveness of Yikong Skill in improving consultants' competence.
