• 摘要： 本文简要介绍了作者将现代西方心理学中的认知疗法与中国古代阴阳辨证思想结合创立的具有东方特色和积极心理理学取向的阴阳辨证辅导的理论与方法。
• This paper introduces the theory and method of the dialectical guidance of Yin-yang with oriental characteristics and positive psychology orientation, which is established by the author combining cognitive therapy in modern western psychology with the ancient Chinese dialectical thought of Yin-yang.
