行为激活疗法在大学生心理咨询中的适用性 ——基于一例社交焦虑障碍的个案概念化研究

• 摘要： 本研究以行为激活疗法为导向对一例患有社交焦虑障碍的大学生进行干预，构建行为激活取向的个案概念化并探索行为激活疗法对大学生短期心理咨询与辅导的适用性。具体实施过程分为5个阶段，共13次治疗，持续近5个月；分别于第1次咨询、第8次咨询、最后一次咨询中采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、交往焦虑量表（1AS）以及咨询师观察、来访者反馈等进行疗效评估，并于咨询进程结束后2个月进行随访。结果显示，来访者在社交行为、情绪管理、认知等方面均有明显改善，随访中来访者情绪稳定、人际适应良好。行为激活疗法对于大学生短期心理咨询来说有着简明、高效、发展性强的优势；以行为激活为先导理念、与多种心理治疗技术相结合能够较好地促进大学生的自我成长。
• In this study, behavioral activation therapy was used as a guide to intervene a college student with social anxiety disorder, construct a case conceptualization of behavioral activation orientation, and explore the adaptability of behavioral activation therapy to short-term psychological counseling and treat for college students. The implementation process was divided into 5 stages and 13 times of treatment. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS), Interaction Anxiousness Scale(IAS), therapist observation and client feedback were used to evaluate the efficacy. The results showed that the client had obvious improvement in social behavior, emotion management and cognition. BA has the advantages of simplicity, eficiency and development for short-term psychological counseling. Taking behavioral activation as the leading concept and combining with a variety of psychological treatment techniques can better promote the self-growth of college students.
