• 摘要： 本案是美国心理治疗师黛博拉的案例集《刺猬的爱情》中，一个真实的边缘性人格障碍个案。案例长达十四年，涉及多个主题，治疗师详实地记录了案例的过程和细节。本文根据来访者的内在整合过程将案例分为六个阶段，从移情焦点治疗模型角度，在文本基础上对各阶段来访者与治疗师的移情—反移情过程进行细节分析和 解读。
• This is a real case of borderline personality disorder from American psychotherapist Deborah’s case collection Schopenhauer’s Porcupines. This case lasted for fourteen years, involving several subjects, and the therapist recorded the process and details of the whole case. In this paper, the case is divided into six stages according to the patient’s internal integration process. The process and details of transference and countertransference of patient and therapist in each stage are analyzed from the perspective of Transference-Focused Therapy (TFP) model based on the text.
