Abstract:
Drawing Psychology refers to the psychological analysis and treatment of consultant in the
course of drawing activities, including drawing evaluation and drawing therapy. The study to explore the
effectiveness of drawing psychology in the intervention of adolescent psychological crisis. A junior high
school student with suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self-injury was treated 3 times, and the treatment
process was guided by drawing evaluation, drawing therapy and questionnaire, the results showed that the
cases experienced emotional catharsis, peer interaction and family interaction during the intervention. It
can be seen that drawing psychology can help individuals to present subconscious conflicts, experience
the process of emotional Catharsis, highlight self-awareness and interpersonal problems, and help
individual cases to effectively improve emotional regulation and interpersonal communication.
绘画心理技术包括绘画评估和绘画治疗,是指来访者在所从事的绘画活动中得到的心理分析与治疗。本研究通过绘画心理技术对一名具有自杀意念和非自杀性自伤行为的初中生危机个案进行4 次辅导,其中综合运用问卷测评、绘画评估、绘画治疗等方法对来访者及家庭进行干预辅导,发现个案在干预中经历情绪宣泄、自我意识增强、认知重构等心理历程后,恢复正常生活。可见绘画心理技术能为个体呈现潜意识冲突,提供情绪宣泄途径,凸显自我认识和人际交往等问题,帮助个案有效提高情绪调节和人际交往能力。
