一例用移空技术处理恐惧情绪的案例报告

• 摘要： 本文是运用移空技术处理一例恐惧情绪的案例报告。来访者主诉恐惧、害怕被批评的情绪一直伴随自己，只经过一次移空咨询即达到临床痊愈，后续随访疗效稳定。本文重点呈现了移空咨询中象征物的存想过程、对象征物的处理，以及将置放了象征物的承载物在心理距离移动至空的过程，体现了在具象思维作业状态下，随着移空操作的进展，来访者心身状态的自然变化，以及这些变化带来的症状改变和认知、行为改变。本文对具象思维作业状态的自然动力作用进行了简要陈述。
• This paper is a case report of the application of Yikong skill to deal with fear. The client complained of fear and fear of being criticized all the time. After one consultation, the patient achieved clinical recovery and the Therapeutic effects remained stable in the follow-up visits. This paper intends to highlight the concretion process of the symbolic object, the handling of symbolic object, and the process of moving the symbolic carrier together with the symbolic object into nothingness. It shows us, with the on gonging process of Yikong, under concrete thinking, the mind-body condition of this visitor is also naturally improving. We can also witness cognitive and behavioral changes emerge with this improvement. This paper gives a brief account of the natural dynamic effect of the working state of concrete thinking.
