• 摘要： 咨询中运用传统技术中经常出现阻抗现象，主要源于儿童期的小来访者处于心理发展时期，非主观意愿下的主动参与性较差。探讨积木动力修复技术在儿童社交恐惧症治疗中的效果和方案，以期为该症的治疗提供参考、思路和方法。 选择2022年在李洪东心理咨询公司咨询的8周岁来访者，通过运用积木动力修复技术咨询治疗的过程中全程观察咨询前后的焦虑和自主神经症状、回避行为的时长、次数、情境的变化以及社会功能的恢复程度。结果：在运用积木动力修 复技术咨询的全程，来访者的参与度良好，没有阻抗和效果反复，社会功能全面恢复，且治疗周期短。结论：积木动力修复技术在儿童社交恐惧症治疗中效果良好，卷入度和接受度高，安全快速。
• The resistance phenomenon often occurs in the use of traditional technology in consultation, which mainly stems from the fact that small visitors in childhood are in the period of psychological development, and their active participation under non subjective will is poor. To explore the effect and scheme of building block dynamic repair technology in the treatment of children’s social phobia, in order to provide reference, ideas and methods for the treatment of this disease. Select the 8-year-old visitors who were consulted by Li Hongdong psychological consulting company in 2022, and observe the anxiety and autonomic nerve symptoms, the duration and frequency of avoidance behavior, the change of situation and the recovery of social function before and after consultation through the whole process of consultation and treatment with building block dynamic repair technology. Results: during the whole consultation process of building block dynamic repair technology, the participation of the visitors was good, there was no resistance and repeated effect, the social function was fully restored, and the treatment cycle was short. Conclusion: the effect of building block dynamic repair technology in the treatment of social phobia in children is good, with high involvement and acceptance, safe and fast.
