Abstract:
In order to discover the advantages and disadvantages of dormitory leaders, this study used dormitory relationships, self-awareness and family relationship to analyze 641 dorm leaders and 687 non-dorm leaders in The 2021 class of Wenhua College. Results showed no significant difference between two groups on dormitory relationships questionnaire; In terms of self-awareness, dorm leaders generally had higher self-efficacy scores and higher personal evaluation scores than non-dorm leaders; In terms of family intimacy and adaptability, dorm leaders showed significant higher scores than that of nondorm leaders. This study provides guidance for further psychological education work in dormitories.
为发现寝室长的优势与不足,本研究以寝室关系、自我认知及家庭关系为调查主题,对文华学院2021级的641名寝室长和687名非寝室长进行数据分析,结果显示:在寝室关系方面两组不呈现显著差异;在自我认知方面,寝室长一般自我效能感得分高于非寝室长,且自我评价得分高于非寝室长;在家庭亲密度和适应性方面寝室长得分均显著高于非寝室长。本研究为进一步开展寝室心理健 康教育工作提供了建议和指导。
