• 摘要： 本文是一例运用移空技术为母亲处理丧亲哀伤的案例报告。来访者二十年来被长子因病去世这一事件引发的悲伤、失眠等症状所困扰。移空处理的靶症状为五脏六腑被冲击挤压，象征物是一团在身体里乱窜的气体。承载物是个白色瓷瓶。来访者取出象征物气体时认真专注，用时较长。后经过置放和移动，顺利到达空境。症状影响度从8分降到4.5分，临床有效。10天后随访，分值降为3 分。本文详细地呈现了女儿（咨询师）为母亲做移空的全过程，对本次移空进行了反思、总结，并讨论了移空技术可以广泛地运用到亲人、朋友等人群以及推广普及的现实意义。
• This is a case report on the application of Move to Emptiness Technique (MET) in bereavement management for a mother. The client had been suffering from grief, insomnia and other symptoms caused by the death of his eldest son due to illness for more than 20 years. The target symptom of MET is that the viscera are crushed by impact, and the symbolic object is a mass of gas running around the body. The symbolic carrier is a white porcelain vase. It took the client quite some time to take out the gas carefully and attentively. After placing and moving, the client reached psychological empty land. The symptom impact degree decreased from 8 points to 4.5 points, which indicated clinically effective. At follow-up 10 days later, this score reduced to 3. This paper presents the whole process of the daughter (consultant) applying MET on her mother (client) in detail. Also, this paper reflects on and summarizes this process, and discusses the practical significance that MET can be widely used in relatives, friends and other population.
