• 摘要： 来访者由于家庭关系、成长经历与学业挫折多重因素导致回避人际互动问题进行咨询的案例报告，并结合新手咨询师如何选择适合来访者的咨询流派与技术的视角进行探索。基于整合取向，根据来访者的具体性问题情境尝试通过认知行为疗法给予帮助，在心理动力学的框架下，引导来访者逐渐看到自己、理解 父亲，关于来访者与父母关系部分尝试通过荣格分析心理学中的原型、情结去增强理解，帮助新手咨询师多维度理解来访者，更好地帮助其自我成长。经20次咨询，来访者自己逐渐看到内在与看到自我的变化，开始主动探索、寻求更深度的咨询目标，关注自我成长，看到希望与未来。
• This is a case report of a client who avoided interpersonal interaction problems due to multiple factors such as family relationship, growth experience and academic frustration. It is also explored from the perspective of how a novice consultant chooses a consulting genre and technology suitable for the client. Based on the integration orientation, try to give help through cognitive behavioral therapy according to the specific problem situation of the client. Under the framework of psychodynamics, guide the client to gradually see themselves and understand their father. For the relationship between the client and their parents, try to enhance understanding through Jungian analysis of the archetype and complex in psychology to help novice consultants understand the client in multiple dimensions and better help them grow up. After 20 consultations, the client gradually saw their own internal and self changes, began to actively explore and seek deeper consulting goals, focused on their ego growth, and saw hope and future.
