- 摘要： 绘画是一种人类古老的表达艺术，绘画艺术心理治疗作为一种新的、操作简单、 受众较广的心理治疗技术在处理情绪、创伤体验、社交障碍、精神与认知、癌 症辅助等临床过程中取得独特疗效。国内在心理健康教育中广泛研究运用于大学生的负性情绪体验。本文就绘画艺术心理治疗的开端、发展、理论基础、作用机制和应用领域做出综合概述，并提出相应的研究不足和展望，旨在为相关领域提供更多的研究参考。
- Painting is a kind of ancient human expression art, painting art psychotherapy as a new, simple operation, wider audience of psychological therapy technology in the treatment of emotions, trauma experience, social disorders, mental and cognitive, cancer AIDS and other clinical processes have achieved unique efficacy. The negative emotional experience of college students has been widely studied and applied in mental health education in China. This paper makes a comprehensive overview of the beginning, development, theoretical basis, mechanism and application of painting art psychotherapy, and puts forward the corresponding research deficiencies and prospects, aiming at providing more research references.
