• 摘要： 积极心理学（Positive Psychology）是 Martin E. P. Seligman 于1997年启动并在美国心理学界兴起的一个新的研究领域。其过去20年间在美国迅速成长，现已成为美国一个非常受重视的心理学科。
• Positive Psychology is the latest psychology science which was initiated by Martin E. P. Seligman in 1997 and have been rising in the American society recently. It’s grown rapidly in the United States over the past 20 years and has become one of main stream of psychology in the United States. This article gives a brief introduction of positive psychology and summarize of some recent research, and proposes the inadequacy of positive psychology and future prospects.
