Abstract:
The client of this case is a sophomore girl from a university, diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. The main problems exhibited include emotional regulation disorders, self injuring behavior, attacking others, suicidal impulses, and irrational concerns about self safety. The therapist mainly used rational emotional therapy and mindfulness techniques to intervene in the client’s problems, achieving certain results: the client’s anger and self injuring behavior were reduced, the risk of suicide has been reduced and there has been greater awareness and acceptance of inner emotions.
本案例的来访者是具有边缘型人格障碍大一女生,表现出情绪调控障碍、自伤行为、自杀冲动和对自我安全的非理性担心等症状,咨询师在充分共情的基础上,主要运用合理情绪疗法和正念技术对来访者的问题进行心理咨询,取得了一定的效果:来访者的愤怒情绪和自伤行为有所减少,自杀风险有所降低,并对内在自我情感有了更多的觉察和接纳。
