认知行为疗法干预一般心理问题的个案研究

• 摘要： 认知行为疗法是一套结构化、短程的、着眼于现在的心理治疗方法。本文探讨如何对由于人际关系引发情绪困扰的一般心理问题的来访者进行个案概念化及咨询流程。来访者因对人际关系困扰出现情绪问题。运用支持反驳技术、五栏表、行为实验、鲍文家系图等技术，经过六次咨询，来访者的情绪问题有所缓解，达到预期的咨询目标。
• Cognitive behavioral therapy is a structured, short-range, present-focused approach to psychotherapy .This paper discusses how to conceptualize and consult clients with general psychological problems caused by emotional distress due to interpersonal relationships. The client has emotional problems due to interpersonal disturbance. By using the techniques of support refute, five-column table, behavior experiment and Bowen family chart, the client’s emotional problems were alleviated after 6 sessions of consultation, and the expected consultation goal was reached.
