基于心理疗法的个案概念化及应用

• 摘要： 个案概念化是心理咨询理论与实践的桥梁，主要存在疗法取向、诊断取向和整合取向三种取向。疗法取向的个案概念化研究与应用最广泛，主要发展出认知行为疗法、心理动力学、家庭治疗、情绪聚焦疗法、接纳承诺疗法等疗法的个案概念化。基于疗法的个案概念化，已有的研究主要存在缺乏主流疗法的个案概念化；个案概念化局限于特定疗法，忽略了对相关因素的探索；验证性研究缺乏等三点局限。未来的研究可构建更多重要疗法的个案概念化，例如基于人本主义疗法的个案概念化；构建更加简洁适度、易用好用且具有疗法特色的个案概念化；丰富个案概念化的验证性研究，以促进个案概念化的运用和发展。
• Case conceptualization is a bridge between the theory and practice of psychological counseling,which mainly has three orientations: therapy orientation, diagnosis orientation and integrationorientation.The therapeutic orientation’s case conceptualization is the one that has been studied and usedthe most, mainly developing cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamics, family therapy, emotionfocused therapy, acceptance commitment therapy and so on. Based on case conceptualization oftherapy, the existing research is mainly constrained by three limitations: lack of case conceptualizationof mainstream therapy; the case conceptualization is limited to specific therapy, and the explorationof related factors is ignored;confirmatory studies are lacking. In order to promote the application anddevelopment of case conceptualization,future research could construct more case conceptualizations ofimportant therapies, such as those based on humanistic therapies;construct more concise, appropriate,easy-to-use and therapy-specific case conceptualization ; enrich confirmatory studies of caseconceptualization.
