• 摘要： 心理传记疗法作为近年来国内心理传记的相关研究成果在咨询领域的拓展产物，在实践层面有待进一步丰富。本案例运用心理传记疗法，对一名抑郁情绪的大学生进行心理干预。在辅导过程中，通过“听故事、说故事、读故事、写故事”四个步骤，完整呈现了心理传记疗法的使用步骤，并通过“生命故事分析、主题分析和内容分析”对辅导效果做出评估。结果表明来访者的抑郁情绪明显好转，同时展现了心理传记疗法在当前我国学校心理辅导工作中的指导意义和实践价值。
• Psychobiographical Therapy, as a recent development in the field of domestic psychobiographyresearch within the counseling domain, still awaits further enrichment at the practical level. This casestudy employs psychobiography therapy for psychological intervention on a university student withdepressive emotions. During the counseling process, through the four steps of “listening to stories,telling stories, reading stories, and writing stories,” the usage steps of psychobiography therapy are fullypresented. The counseling outcomes are evaluated through “life story analysis, thematic analysis, andcontent analysis.” The results indicate a significant improvement in the visitor’s depressive mood, whilealso showcasing the guidance significance and practical value of psychobiography therapy in the currentChinese school psychological counseling work.
