Abstract:
Social anxiety is a strong fear of social situations where one may feel judged, often accompaniedby avoidance behavior. College campuses are often highly social environments, and college studentsare at high risk for social anxiety. A psychological counseling case for a university student was reportedin this paper. To address the client’s social anxiety issues and depression, 16 counseling sessions wereconducted using case conceptualization, cognitive reconstructing techniques such as the downward arrow, Socrates dialogue, pie chart, recognition and correction of cognitive distortions, and behavioral exposuretechniques. The presentation of counseling techniques and process accumulated technical experience andcase data for psychological counseling for university students.
社交焦虑指的是对可能被人审视的社交情境产生强烈恐惧,并伴有回避行为。大学校园通常是高度社交的环境,大学生是社交焦虑高发群体。本文汇报了一例大学生的心理咨询案例,采用认知重建和暴露针对来访者的社交焦虑问题和抑郁情绪开展了16次咨询。重点呈现了案例解析,认知技术如箭头向下法、苏格拉底式提问、饼图、认知歪曲的识别和矫正等,以及行为技术暴露。咨询技术和过程的呈现为大学生心理咨询累积了技术经验和案例资料。
