Abstract:
The cultivation of positive psychological quality is an important part of the mental health education for college students. Through horticultural therapy, students can cultivate plants and participate in horticultural operations, observe the growth process of life, and understand the meaning of life. Horticulture therapy can effectively regulate students ‘psychology, relieve anxiety and other negative psychology, has a good promotion effect on the formation of positive psychological quality of college students, and contributes to the healthy development of college students’ body and mind. Based on this, this paper discusses the cultivation mode of college students’ positive psychological quality in horticultural therapy.
积极心理品质的培育是高校大学生心理健康教育的重要内容。通过园艺疗法,学生能培育植物并参与园艺操作,观察生命的生长过程,感悟生命的意义。园艺疗法能有效调节学生心理,缓解焦虑等负面心理,对大学生积极心理品质的形成具有良好的促进作用,有助于大学生身心健康发展。基于此,本文就园艺疗法对大学生积极心理品质的培育模式展开探讨研究。
