• 摘要： 非暴力沟通是在民权运动中诞生的一种有意识、非评判的沟通方法， 它通过关注共情和表达方式来化解冲突，促进人际间的沟通与合作。非暴力沟 通已在多个领域展开相关研究及应用。本文对非暴力沟通的概念、历史与发展、 非暴力沟通在各领域中的应用及其当前的不足等方面进行综述，给未来的研究 提供借鉴与启示。
• Nonviolent communication is a conscious, non-judgmental communication method born in the civil rights movement. It focuses on empathy and expression to resolve conflicts and promote interpersonal communication and cooperation. Nonviolent communication has been studied and applied in many fields. This paper summarizes the concept, history and development of non-violent communication, the application of non-violent communication in various fields and its current shortcomings, so as to provide reference and inspiration for future research.
