  • Abstract: The mental health education of colleges and universities in the new era emphasizes student-centered and content-oriented development, and it is necessary to precisely respond to the deep psychological needs of poor students. At present, the mental problems of poor students in colleges and universities are becoming increasingly prominent due to economic pressure, family conflicts and academic competition. However, the traditional mental health intervention model has the limitations of precision, limited sustainability and single assessment indicators. Based on this, this study takes art psychotherapy as the starting point, and explores the adaptability mechanism of its non-linguistic expression and low defensive characteristics to the intervention of poor students’ mental health. The core paths of emotional metaphor release, social connection reinforcement and identity reconstruction under the framework of art psychotherapy help to build a new three-dimensional integrated model of “healing-growth- empowerment” for the intervention of poor students’ mental health, and contribute to the comprehensive development of poor students and the innovative development of mental health education for poor students in colleges and universities. 新时代高校心理健康教育要突出以学生为主体的育人理念,在精准回应贫困生群体的深层次心理需求的基础上实现心理健康教育工作的精准化。现阶段,贫困生群体由于受到经济负担、家庭矛盾、学业压力等因素的影响,心理健康问题逐渐加重,而传统的心理健康干预模式对贫困生来说不够精准、干预效果不明显。本文通过探索艺术心理治疗与贫困生心理特征的契合性及其与心理健康干预的适配性机制,立足于艺术心理治疗中以情绪表露、社会连接以及身份构建为核心路径的特色优势,将其引入到贫困生心理健康干预过程中,构建“疗愈—成长—赋能”的贫困生心理健康干预新模式,助推高校贫困生心理健康教育工作创新性发展。
