Abstract:
This research is concerned about the psychological qualities of outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges. After testing the university students through a typical questionnaire, we find that there are eight factors hidden in the psychological qualities of outstanding teachers in higher vocational colleges, including cognitive capability, success-oriented quality, awareness of equality, etc. There are significant differences in the implicit views among university students of different categories.
本研究以高职院校学生为被试,采用自编问卷对高职院校优秀教师心理素质结构进行了探讨。研究发现,高职院校优秀教师的心理素质结构包括认知能力、成功品质、平等意识等八个因子;不同类别的高职院校学生关于“优秀教师心理素质结构”的内隐观存在显著差异。
