Abstract:
This paper presents a case study of using Yikong Skill to address school aversion in an adolescent. The therapist conducted four counseling sessions with the client. The Yikong Skill was applied to alleviate symptoms such as nasal congestion, left shoulder and neck pain, restless sleep, and feelings of hypoxia in crowded spaces. Immediate therapeutic effects were achieved, ranging from effective to markedly effective, with sustained results confirmed in a one-week follow-up. After the four sessions, the client’s physical and psychological symptoms were significantly relieved or eliminated, with noticeable improvement in mental state. The client reported feeling largely restored to normal functioning and viewed the counseling process as an opportunity for personal growth. This paper details the four Yikong Skill sessions and discusses the application of this skill in treating adolescent school aversion.
本文是一例运用移空技术处理青少年厌学的案例。咨询师与来访者共进行了四次咨询。使用移空技术分别处理了来访者鼻塞、左肩颈疼、睡不踏实、人群中的缺氧感等症状,当场疗效均达到有效或显效,一周随访疗效持续稳定。4次咨询后来访者的心身症状得到缓解或消除,精神状态明显好转,自认为已经基本恢复正常状态,且将这几次的咨询看成自我人格成长的契机。本文较详细呈现了4次移空咨询的过程,并对将移空技术运用于青少年厌学问题进行了讨论与思考。
