Abstract:
This study explores the counseling efficacy of the Chinese Chess Psychological Counseling Method in addressing academic aversion among senior high school students. Using this method, a total of 10 counseling sessions were conducted with one senior high school student experiencing academic aversion and their parents. During the process, the Symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), Senior School Student’ Weariness Scale, Senior High School Students’ Academic Self-Efficacy Scale, and Adolescent Parent-Child Communication Scale were used to assess score changes before the intervention, one week after the conclusion of counseling, and six months later. The results showed that after counseling, the client’s academic aversion emotions improved significantly, academic self-efficacy was enhanced, the relationship with parents was effectively improved, and the effects remained stable in several follow-up visits. Scores on the Symptom Checklist-90 and Senior High School Student Weariness Scale decreased, while scores on the Senior High School Students’ Academic Self-Efficacy Scale and Adolescent Parent- Child Communication Scale increased. These findings indicate that Chinese Chess Psychological Counseling Method has a sustained and stable counseling effect on the academic aversion of the senior high school student in this case.
本研究探讨中国象棋心理咨询法对高中生厌学问题的咨询效果。运用该方法对1例处于厌学状态的高中生及其父母开展10次咨询,期间采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、高中生厌学量表、高中生学业自我效能感问卷、青少年亲子沟通量表,分别在咨询前、咨询结束1周后及6个月后评估得分的变化。结果显示:咨询后,来访者厌学情绪明显好转,学业自我效能感有所增强,与父母的关系得到有效改善,数次回访效果稳定;症状自评量表、高中生厌学量表得分下降,高中生学业自我效能感问卷、青少年亲子沟通量表得分升高。研究表明,中国象棋心理咨询法对本案例中高中生的厌学问题具有持续稳定的咨询疗效。
