  • Abstract: Reflection plays a crucial role in counselors’ professional development and personal growth. When applying the Balint Group to group supervision, found that discussing the group work process after case supervision could further deepen the supervisees’ emotional reflection and content reflection on the case, while enhancing the empathy, support, and empowerment for the supervisees. Based on the finding that “reflection on group work can promote and deepen supervisees’ reflection”, we developed the “Iterative Reflective Spiral” group supervision model (also known as “Spiral Reflective Group”). Through the sequential, progressive, and cyclical reflection among three groups (working group, reflecting group, observing group) and supervisees, this model aims to form a multi-perspective, multi-dimensional, and spiral upward in-depth understanding of counseling cases. Ultimately, it promotes counselors’ professional development and personal growth by cultivating their reflective abilities. Preliminary practice and reflection on this group supervision model show that it has certain application value while also facing several challenges. 反思在心理咨询师的专业发展和个人成长中发挥关键作用。将巴林特小组应用于团体督导时发现,在案例督导后对小组工作过程展开讨论,能进一步深化对案例的情感反思和内容反思,同时增进对受督者的共情、支持和赋能。正是基于“对小组工作的反思可促进并深化受督者反思”这一发现,开发了“迭代式反思螺旋”团体督导模式,又称“螺旋反思团体”。该模式通过(工作小组、反思小组、观察小组)三个小组和受督者之间序贯、递进且循环的反思过程,旨在从多视角、多维度对案例形成螺旋式上升的深度理解,最终通过培养咨询师的反思能力,推动其专业发展和个人成长。对该团体督导模式的初步实践和反思表明,其具备一定应用价值,同时也面临若干挑战。
