Abstract:
Grounded in self-psychology theory this study takes an adult female Y as an empirical case, combs her life course from infancy to adulthood, and analyzes the personality structure and inferiority complex presented in scenarios such as original family, school and workplace. Focusing on the lack of ideal object mirroring caused by the defective upbringing in the original family, combined with the psychoanalytic dynamic counseling method, this paper discusses the impact of parental upbringing absence on the development of individual self, especially the psychological dilemmas and clinical manifestations caused by the blocked formation of idealized self-objects, and puts forward intervention directions and treatment prospects based on clinical practice.
