• Abstract: Based on Jung’s archetype theory, this paper explores the symbolic meanings and clinical value of the Witch image in sandplay therapy. The study first analyzes from the perspective of collective unconscious archetypes, pointing out that the Witch image is not a single negative symbol, but possesses multiple connotations such as “a spiritual wise person connecting heaven and earth” “a mother archetype with dual attributes of nurturing and devouring”, and “a mediator linking conscious and the unconscious”. Its symbolic direction changes dynamically with the client’s psychological state. Then, it explores the different symbolic meaning of the Witch image in the sandplay process through three cases. This study provides psychological counselors with specific practical references for deeply understanding the inner world of clients and conducting personalized healing through symbols. 本文以荣格原型理论为依据，系统探究沙盘游戏中巫婆意象的象征意义与临床价值。研究先从集体无意识原型层面展开剖析，指出巫婆意象并非单一负面符号，而是兼具“沟通天地的灵性智者”“承载滋养与吞噬双重属性的母亲原型”“连接意识与无意识的中介者”等多元内涵，其象征意义随来访者心理状态动态变化。随后结合三个个案，详细分析巫婆意象在沙盘历程中的不同象征内涵。研究不仅丰富了沙盘游戏象征体系的理论内容，也为心理咨询师通过象征深入理解来访者内心世界、进行个性化疗愈提供了具体实践参考。
