- Abstract: This article reviews the conceptual and theoretical foundations of clinical hypnosis, summarizes the psychological mechanisms underlying non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), and analyzes the overarching rationale and technical strategies for applying clinical hypnosis in NSSI interventions. On this basis, it further explores potential pathways for implementation, with the aim of providing robust theoretical grounding and practical guidance for NSSI interventions, as well as new reference points for mental health services in higher education settings. 本文梳理临床催眠的概念及其理论基础，综述非自杀性自伤（NSSI）的心理机制特征，分析临床催眠介入NSSI的总体思路与技术策略，并探讨其在NSSI干预中的潜在应用路径，旨在为NSSI干预提供更为扎实的理论支持与可操作的实践启示，同时为高校心理健康服务提供新的参考与思路。
