  • Abstract: This case focuses on a sophomore girl with friendship anxiety, self-perception bias and family alienation. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to help the client improve her self-perception bias, terminate self-injurious behaviors, and rebuild the emotional connection with her mother through a stepby- step intervention process of “automatic thought recognition — cognitive reconstruction — behavior experiment — family relationship repair”. This intervention model provides operable practical reference for CBT-based interventions targeting adolescents’ interpersonal anxiety and early emotional trauma. 本案例以一名存在友谊焦虑、自我认知偏差及家庭关系疏离问题的大二女生为对象,采用认知行为疗法(CBT),通过“自动化思维识别—认知重构—行为实验—家庭关系修复”的阶梯式干预方案,帮助来访者改善自我认知偏差,终止自伤行为,重建与母亲的情感联结。该阶梯式干预模式为运用CBT干预青少年人际关系焦虑及早期情感创伤提供了可操作的实践参考。
