Abstract:
Against the backdrop of a rising annual detection rate of anxiety and depression, mindfulness meditation has been proven effective in alleviating stress and improving mood, and has become a research hotspot in the fields of mental health and neuroscience. Existing studies mostly focus on the positive effects of mindfulness meditation on mental health and provide explanations from a neuroscientific perspective. This paper intends to interpret the conceptual mechanism behind the localization of mindfulness meditation from the perspective of Zhuangzi’s philosophy, strengthen the connection between mindfulness meditation and real life, and improve its adherence and accessibility.
在焦虑抑郁检出率逐年增高的背景下,正念冥想被证实对缓解压力、改善情绪具有积极作用,已成为心理健康、神经科学领域的研究热点。已有研究多探讨正念冥想对心理健康的积极效果,并从神经科学的角度予以解释。本文拟从庄子哲学思想的角度,解释正念冥想本土化背后的观念机制,增强正念冥想与现实生活的联结,提升其依从性和可及性。
