  • Abstract: Academic anxiety is a common problem among teenagers. It is mainly a negative experience such as anxiety and tension caused by academic tasks, or a kind of tension and fear caused by learning achievements or learning tasks failing to reach the expected goals in the learning process, which will have more negative effects on the learning process and mental health of teenagers. This paper reports a case of psychological treatment of a 15-year-old high school boy with academic anxiety by using the Yikong Skills, aiming to exchange intervention methods for academic anxiety. 学业焦虑是在青少年群体中常出现的问题,主要是因学业任务而产生的不安、紧张等负性体验,或个体在学习过程中由于学习成绩或学习任务达不到预期目标而形成的紧张和恐惧情绪,会对青少年的学习过程及心理健康产生较多负面影响。本文报道一例应用移空技术对一名15岁高一男生学业焦虑的心理治疗过程,以期探讨对学业焦虑的干预方式。
