• Abstract: There is a significant association between study-weariness and suicide-related risks, making it a key psychological warning indicator that requires attention. Investigating the underlying mechanisms can help counselors better understand clients’ psychological conditions and improve the effectiveness of psychological counseling during initial interviews. This study aims to explore: (1) The effect of adolescents’ study-weariness on the risk of suicide and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI); (2) The mediating role of depression; (3) The moderating role of hopelessness, thereby constructing a moderated mediation model. Data were extracted from psychological assessment results of clients at a psychological counseling institution between September 2023 and January 2026. SPSS 27.0 was used for descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and common method bias testing. The PROCESS macro (Model 1, Model 4, and Model 7) was used to test moderating, mediating, and moderated mediating effects. The intake questionnaires included the Adolescent Recent Risk Scale, and the Study-Weariness Degree and Reasons Scale. Results: (1) Adolescents’ study-weariness positively predicted the risk of suicide and NSSI; (2) Depression partially mediated the relationship between study-weariness and suicide/NSSI risk; (3) Hopelessness moderated the path from study-weariness to depression. The relationship between adolescents’ study-weariness and suicide/NSSI risk involves both mediating and moderating effects. 厌学与自杀相关风险存在显著关联，是需要关注的心理预警指标。研究相关机制，能帮助心理咨询师在初次访谈中增进对来访者心理状况的了解、提高咨询的效果。本研究目的是探究青少年厌学程度对自杀自伤风险的影响、抑郁情绪的中介作用及绝望感的调节作用，并建立有调节的中介模型。抽取了某心理咨询机构2023年9月至2026年1月来访者心理测评的数据。使用SPSS27.0软件进行描述分析、相关分析、共同方法偏差检验，使用Process宏程序（模型1、模型4、模型7）进行调节效应、中介效应和有调节的中介效应检验。研究工具包括青少年近期风险量表、厌学程度与厌学原因量表。结果发现：（1）青少年厌学程度自杀自伤风险；（2）抑郁情绪在厌学程度和自杀自伤风险关系中起部分中介作用；（3）绝望感在厌学心理影响抑郁情绪的路径中起调节作用。因此，青少年厌学程度与自杀自伤风险之间，既存在中介效应又存在调节效应。
