  • Abstract: Objective: To attempt to intervene in offenders' aggressive behaviors using psychological theories and methods, and to explore new paths for the education and reform of highly irritable populations. Methods: Based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) theory, an empathy training program was designed. A group counseling approach was used to intervene with 32 highly irritable populations over a period of 2 months (8 sessions). The differences in offenders’ empathy ability and aggressiveness before and after the intervention were compared. Results: (1) The overall level of empathy ability in highly irritable populations was lower than the norm (p < 0.01), and their aggressiveness was higher than that of the general population (p < 0.01); (2) There was a significant correlation between empathy ability and aggressiveness (p < 0.05); (3) Significant differences were found in empathy ability and aggressiveness before and after the intervention (p < 0.05), and the effects were sustained for 2 months. Conclusion: Conducting empathy training for highly irritable populations through group counseling can effectively enhance empathy ability and reduce aggressiveness, thereby improving irritability and difficulties in impulse control. This has important significance for reducing violation rates, stabilizing reform order, easing interpersonal conflicts, and improving the quality of education and reform. 目的:尝试用心理学理论和方法干预罪犯的攻击行为,探索高易激惹群体的教育改造新路径。方法:根据认知行为治疗(CBT)理论设计共情训练方案,以团体辅导的方式对32名高易激惹群体进行2个月、共8次干预,比较干预前、干预后罪犯共情能力和攻击性的差异。结果:(1)高易激惹群体共情能力整体水平低于常模(p<0.01),攻击性高于普通人群(p<0.01);(2)共情能力与攻击性有显著相关(p<0.05);(3)干预前后共情能力和攻击性有显著差异(p<0.01)且表现出持续(2个月)的效果。结论:以团体辅导的方式对高易激惹群体进行共情训练,能够有效地提升共情能力和降低攻击性,改善易激惹、冲动控制困难的状况,对减少违规率,稳定改造秩序,缓和人际冲突,提高教育改造质量有重要参考价值。
