• 摘要： 近年来 , 随着社会的不断发展 , 社区工作管理也逐渐成为学者讨论的专 区 , 特别在中国 , 社区工作的划分、管理和意义更是如火如荼的进行着，但随之 而来的问题也逐渐浮出水面，笔者针对 5 个大型社区，进行实地考察，实际问 题希望给社区工作的发展带来绵薄之力。
• In recent years, with the development of society, community work management has become the hot topic, especially in china, the district , management and meaning of the community work is keep ongoing, and the problems is to coming. The author focus on five of communities to research on the development of community work management.
