• 摘要： 社区是我们生活中不可缺少的一个综合基础的群众基础机构。他为 我们居住在一个固定区域的居民群体范围内的居民，起着一种媒介桥梁作用。 社区基层党组织战斗力、凝聚力是能否在党和政府的领导下，依靠社区力量， 利用社区资源，强化社区功能，解决社区问题，促进社区政治、经济、文化、 环境协调和健康发展，不断提高社区居民的生活水平和生活质量的有力保障， 也对能否建设好一个管理有序、服务完善、环境优美、治安良好、生活便利、 人际关系和谐的新型社区有着重要的现实意义。
• Community is an indispensable mass basic institution with comprehensive foundation in our life. He serves as a medium bridge for the residents who live in a fixed area within the range of residents. Under the leadership of the party and the government, the combat effectiveness and cohesion of the community grassroots party organizations can rely on the community strength, make use of the community resources, strengthen the community functions, solve the community problems, promote the coordinated and healthy development of the community politics, economy, culture and environment, and constantly improve the living standards and quality of life of the community residents, which is also a strong guarantee for the construction of an orderly management The new community with perfect service, beautiful environment, good public security, convenient life and harmonious interpersonal relationship has important practical significance.
