• 摘要： 全科团队模式对基层社区卫生服务发展推进作用明显，能显著提高居民的健康水平。全科医生团队服务模式在全国各地都进行了积极的研究，基本架构已经形成，但成效并不明显，如何组建一支高效能的全科团队值得我们深入探索。纵横交错的全科团队，要求岗位设置清晰，人员配备合理、合作有序，工作职责明晰，激励措施明确，团队内涵建设完善。因此，要形成规范、合理、高效的全科医生团队，为社区居民提供综合性、连续性、人性化和整体性服务，满足社区居民服务的需求，真正使社区居民受益。
• The model of the General Practitioner Teams plays an important role in promoting the development of community health care service and the level of residents health. Research has been carried out throughout the country. The basic architecture of General Practitioner Teams has been formed, but the result is not obvious. Crass-crossed General Practitioner Teams, clear post setting, rational staffing, clear responsibilities, orderly cooperation, clear incentives, perfect connotation construction. We should form a standardized, rational and efficient team of general practitioners, providing comprehensive, continuous, humanized and integrated services for community residents, bring lasting benefit to the community residents.
