• 摘要： 党的十九大报告强调要推动社会治理向基层下移，以此为契机，在当 前城乡一体化改革浪潮之下，结合新型农村集中居住区与体育文化有机融合的 时代内涵，从有益于农民身心健康的多重维度，探寻具有时代特色的新型农村 集中居住区体育文化治理体系。本文研究方法主要采用资料分析法、田野调查法、 访谈法等。本文治理路径如下：强化以政府为主导的顶层设计科学理念；培育 农村本土核心竞争力；建立专业化指导机制；提升公共服务保障水准；汇聚多 元协同治理主体；构建监管体系与体育信息服务综合应用平台。
• The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that social governance should be promoted to the grassroots level. Under the current wave of urban-rural integration reform, combined with the Era Connotation of the organic integration of new rural concentrated residential areas and sports culture, from the multiple dimensions beneficial to farmers' physical and mental health, this paper explores a new rural concentrated residential area sports culture governance system with the characteristics of the times. With the methods of data analysis, field investigation and interview, the governance path is as follows: strengthen the scientific concept of top-level design led by the government; cultivate the rural local core competitiveness; establish a professional guidance mechanism; improve the level of public service guarantee; gather multi-element collaborative governance bodies; build a comprehensive application platform of supervision system and sports information service.
