• 摘要： 作为基层民警，与群众沟通是日常工作中最必不可少的一部分，因此如何正确沟通不仅关系到案件的解决，甚至关系到派出所以及整个公安部门的形象。由此可见，学会高效、正确的警民沟通技巧是每一个基层民警所要掌握的基本技能。本文通过对全新时代公安群众工作中警民沟通存在的问题分析，针对群众主体地位得不到充分地体现；思想停留在旧时期，对新的思想重视程度不够，沟通效果差；民警对内容有所隐瞒；民警不能满足群众的期望等现状，提出练就沟通技巧，消除沟通障碍；民警要树立文明礼貌的基本技能；充分拓宽各种渠道，准备警民精确沟通等方法。笔者希望通过此文章，能在找到高效沟通技巧的同时，能提高工作效率，探索出适合新时代发展的警民沟通管理机制。
• As a grass-roots police, communication with the masses is the most essential part of daily work, so how to communicate correctly is not only related to the resolution of cases, even related to the image of the police station and the whole public security department. It can be seen that learning effective and correct police communication skills is a basic skill for every grass-roots police to master. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the police-civilian communication in the public security mass work in the new era, this paper points out that the subject status of the masses can not be fully reflected The police have hidden the contents; the police can not meet the expectations of the masses and other current situations, and proposed to train communication skills and eliminate communication barriers; the police should establish the basic skills of civility and politeness; and fully broaden various channels, prepare accurate communication between the police and the public. The author hopes that through this article, we can not only find efficient communication skills, but also improve work efficiency, and explore a communication management mechanism suitable for the new era.
