  • 摘要: 迪士尼动画电影《木兰》于 1998 年上映后便引起巨大反响,不仅让全球观众了解到木兰替父从军的中国故事,推动了中国文化的域外传播,还为中国文化外译提供了行之有效的借鉴。研究发现,《木兰》 对木兰故事与中国文化的成功“译介”的原因可以归纳为改编、包装与推广三点,而这三点正好可以为中国文化外译活动提供新的思路。本文首先总结过往国内学者对中国文化外译现状的看法,其次就《木兰》 对木兰故事与中国文化的“译介”进行分析,最后总结《木兰》对未来中国文化译介的三点启示。
  • Since its release in 1998, Disney’s animated film Mulan has not only introduced the Chinese story of Mulan’s military service for her father to the global audiences and promoted the spread of Chinese culture to the whole world, but also provided an effective reference for the outgoing translation project of Chinese culture. It has been found that Mulan’s success is attributed to its adapting, packaging and promoting, all of which can provide a new vision for the dissemination of Chinese culture. And this article firstly summarizes the views of domestic scholars on the current situation of Chinese culture translation, and it secondly analyzes the reproduction of Mulan’s story and Chinese culture through Mulan, and it at last concludes with three insights bought by the movie into the future translation activities of Chinese culture.
