• 摘要： 法律翻译服务是跨文化商务交流中的重要环节，法律翻译路径不清晰、法律翻译人才不足，制约了企业“走出去”战略的实施，需要客观认识到我国法律翻译服务水平有待提升。本文通过东盟成员国泰国种质资源国内法的汉译工作，探讨法律翻译服务应达到语言维、文化维、交际维的适应与选择，指出在企业“走 出去”过程中，国家、社会和企业应从不同层面发挥作用以提升法律翻译服务水平。重视法律翻译服务， 企业在进行跨文化商务合作时才能更好地行稳致远，与他国企业互惠共赢。
• Legal translation services are important in cross-cultural business communication. The unclear path of legal translation and insufficient legal translation talent have restricted enterprises’ “going out” strategy. It is necessary to recognize that legal translation services in China needs to be improved. This paper discusses the adaptation and selection of legal translation services in the linguistic, cultural and communicative dimensions through E-C translation of the law on the protection of generic resources of Thai, and points out the way to improve legal translation services from different perspectives of the nation, the society and enterprises. Enterprises can better benefit from cross-cultural business cooperation and win together with other countries through such services.
