基于关键词分析的国内网络舆情研究综述与展望

• 摘要： 随着互联网的发展和普及，网络舆情研究越来越受到人们的关注。本文依托中国知网数据库，使用Citespace软件的关键词聚类功能对国内2005年至今的网络舆情研究主要话题进行了综述。在将关键词数据归为线下行为、信息数据和舆情观点三类后，本文得出了国内网络舆情研究的起步期、涌现期、发展期、平台期和转向期五个阶段的划分及其各自的特征，为未来的研究提供了启示。
• With the development and popularization of the Internet, research on Internet public opinion has attracted increasing attention. Based on CNKI database, this paper uses the keyword clustering function of Citespace software to review the main topics of online public opinion research in China since 2005. After the keyword data having been classified into offline behavior, information data and public opinion opinions, domestic works of online public opinion research are chronologically classified into five stages: the beginning stage, the emerging stage, the developing stage, the plateau stage and the turning stage. Further discussion of their respective characteristics is made to provide inspiration for future research.
