Abstract:
The progress of information technology promotes online Chinese teaching develop rapidly. Currently, six online teaching platforms, including Zoom, ClassIn, Voov meeting, DingTalk, Rain classroom and Tencent classroom, are the most popular in the field of international Chinese education. Based on surveys and classroom observations, we find that ClassIn is far better than DingTalk and Tencent Classroom in terms of interactive function. Rain class and Classin also have some personalized designs. In addition, we also find that teacher-student interaction is the most common in the classroom interaction, and teacher-initiated communication is the main one. Based on the above, we think more attention should not only be paid to the general needs of online teaching, but also to the personalized needs of learners when designing the teaching platform. As international Chinese teachers, we should construct an online teaching mode with multiple platforms that complement each other in order to make full use of the platform’s advantages, arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in class activities and achieve the best teaching results.
信息技术的进步推动线上汉语教学蓬勃发展。目前在国际中文教育领域,Zoom、ClassIn、腾讯会议、钉钉、雨课堂、腾讯课堂六款线上教学平台最为流行。根据调查与课堂观摩,本文发现ClassIn的交互功能最好,钉钉和腾讯课堂相对最弱。而雨课堂和ClassIn在互动功能设计方面还考虑了学生的情感因素。此外,本文还发现线上汉语教学课堂互动主要体现为师生互动,而且又以教师启动的交际为主。基于以上问题,教学平台的功能设计不应只考虑满足线上教学的一般需求,还应考虑学习者的个性化需求。国际汉语教师应探索构建多款平台相互配合的线上教学模式,充分发挥平台的功能优势,调动学生参与课堂活动的积极性,争取达到最佳教学效果。
