职业女性母乳喂养抗逆力与喂养态度、喂养支持和喂养控制力的关系研究

- Abstract: Rooted in the frameworks of Breastfeeding Resilience Theory and the Theory of Planned Behavior, this study investigated the relationship between breastfeeding resilience, breastfeeding attitude, breastfeeding support and breastfeeding control among professional women. In this study, 205 professional women who returned to work after childbirth in Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects. Regression analysis and Bootstrap test were carried out on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey. The results show that: (1) Professional women’s breastfeeding resilience has positive effects on breastfeeding attitude and breastfeeding control; (2) Breastfeeding support (spouse breastfeeding support, significant other breastfeeding support) has a positive effect on breastfeeding attitude; (3) The breastfeeding resilience of professional women has a negative moderating effect on the influence of breastfeeding support on breastfeeding attitude. This study reveals the relationship between breastfeeding resilience and breastfeeding attitude, breastfeeding support and breastfeeding control of professional women, which has important significance for the theory and practice of breastfeeding of professional women returning to work.本研究基于抗逆力理论和计划行为理论，探讨了职业女性母乳喂养抗逆力与母乳喂养态度、母乳喂养支持和母乳喂养控制力的关系。本研究以四川省的205名产后返岗的职业女性为研究对象，对问卷调查所获得的数据进行回归分析、Bootstrap检验。结果表明：（1）职业女性母乳喂养抗逆力对母乳喂养态度和母乳喂养控制力分别产生正向影响；（2）母乳喂养支持（配偶母乳喂养支持、重要他人母乳喂养支持）对母乳喂养态度产生正向影响；（3）职业女性母乳喂养抗逆力在母乳喂养支持对母乳喂养态度的影响中具有负向调节效应。本研究揭示了职业女性母乳喂养抗逆力与母乳喂养态度、母乳喂养支持和母乳喂养控制力的关系，对返岗职业女性母乳喂养的理论与实践具有重要意义。

- Abstract: Using the literature method from the perspective of AGIL model, this paper analyzed the integration of urban greenway and sports and fitness in China. Result: there are four ways to integrate urban greenway with sports and fitness: to meet the needs of social development, accord with the principle of goal consistency, effective integration between functions, maintain a balance between patterns.运用文献资料法，从结构功能理论中 AGIL 模型的视角对我国城市绿道 与体育健身融合进行分析，研究发现，城市绿道与体育健身的融合主要通 过四种途径实现：满足时代发展的需要、符合目标一致原则、各功能之间的有 效整合、模式之间维持平衡。
