  • Abstract: Under the dual background of the in-depth advancement of educational digital transformation and the increasingly complex mental health problems of students, the traditional mental health management mode in colleges and universities has some prominent problems, such as lagging identification and insufficient intervention accuracy. Relying on the research results of the project “Research on the Construction of Shandong Students’ Mental Health Identification and Early Warning System Based on Artificial Intelligence”, taking Shandong university students as the research object, from the three-dimensional perspectives of cultural adaptation, ethical protection and practical implementation, we will build an artificial intelligence psychological early warning system oriented by “technology implementation + educational practice”. Combined with the Confucian cultural characteristics of Shandong students, it Builds a multimodal data collection mechanism that takes into account both data validity and privacy protection, develop a hierarchical intelligent identification model, and establish a closed-loop intervention system with technology empowerment, humanistic care and system support, so as to provide operable technical solutions for the practice of mental health education in colleges and universities, help the standardized implementation of mental health services, and offer replicable practical solutions for the intelligent upgrading of mental health services in colleges and universities.在教育数字化转型深入推进与学生心理健康问题日益复杂的双重背景下,传统高校心理健康管理模式存在识别滞后、干预精准度不足等突出问题。依托“基于人工智能的山东省学生心理健康识别及预警体系建设研究”课题成果,以山东高校学生为研究对象,从文化适配、伦理保障、实践落地三维视角,构建“技术落地+教育实践”导向的人工智能心理预警体系:结合山东学生儒家文化特质,搭建兼顾数据有效性与隐私保护的多模态数据采集机制,研发分层分类的智能识别模型,建立技术赋能、人文关怀、制度支撑相融合的闭环干预体系,为高校心理健康教育实践提供可操作的技术方案,助力心理健康服务规范化落地,同时为高校心理健康服务智能化升级提供可复制的实践方案。

  • Abstract: Addressing the issues of disconnected intervention links, insufficient cultural adaptability, and the lack of a long-term feedback mechanism in mental health interventions for university students in Shandong Province under the context of AI empowerment, this study constructs an AI-driven closed-loop mechanism for tiered mental health intervention, guided by the cultural characteristics of university students in Shandong Province. Based on an analysis of the psychological traits of university students in Shandong Province under the influence of Confucian culture, and centering on a multi-modal data fusion and cultural adaptation model, this study establishes a four-ring linked closedloop framework: AI-based intelligent identification, culturally adapted intervention, multi-dimensional effectiveness evaluation, and dynamic model optimization. Taking the pilot applications in multiple universities in Shandong Province as the research subject and employing action research and case analysis methods to verify the mechanism’s effectiveness, the results show that this mechanism effectively addresses the issue of low intervention acceptability caused by the introverted emotional expression of students in Shandong. It achieves an organic connection among all links of mental health intervention and significantly improves intervention accuracy and resource allocation efficiency. Finally, a multi-dimensional guarantee system is proposed, covering data ethics, organizational collaboration, and technological iteration, providing a feasible path for the intelligent and localized development of mental health interventions in universities in Shandong Province and across China.针对人工智能赋能背景下山东省高校学生心理健康干预存在的干预环节脱节、文化适配性不足、缺乏长效反馈机制等问题,本研究构建以山东省高校学生文化特质为导向的AI赋能心理健康分级干预闭环机制。研究在解构儒家文化影响下山东省高校学生心理特质的基础上,以多模态数据融合与文化适配模型为核心,搭建AI智能识别—文化适配干预—多维度效果评估—模型动态优化的四环联动闭环架构。以山东省多所高校试点应用为研究对象,采用行动研究与案例分析方法验证闭环机制的运行效果,结果表明该机制有效解决了山东高校学生情绪表达内敛导致的干预接受度低问题,实现了心理健康干预各环节的有机衔接,显著提升了干预精准度与资源配置效率。最后研究提出数据伦理、组织协同、技术迭代的多维保障体系,为山东省乃至全国高校心理健康干预的智能化、本土化发展提供可行路径。

  • Abstract: This paper explores the practical application and exploration of integrating digital intelligence technologies into ideological and political education (IPE) at a university, addressing prevalent issues in traditional IPE such as delayed detection of psychological crises and insufficient targeting of ideological and political education, a “1+2+N” digital intelligence-empowered IPE system has been constructed. Centered on the fundamental goal of “cultivating virtue and nurturing talent”, the system achieves a transformation in IPE from “one-way education” to “interactive immersion” and from “traditional models” to “digital intelligence upgrades” through two core modules — “data early warning” and “scenario infiltration” — combined with N characteristic application scenarios. The study highlights that digital intelligence empowerment not only resolves structural contradictions in traditional IPE, but also enhances the practical effect of mental health services and value guidance through data-driven approaches and scenario integration. Specific measures include establishing a multidimensional data matrix for psychological early warning and constructing digital IPE scenarios to improve the effectiveness of value guidance. Practical implementation demonstrates systemic breakthroughs in mental health education, value guidance, and management efficiency, providing practical reference for the high-quality development of IPE in universities in the new era.本文探讨了高校在思政工作中引入数智技术的实践与探索路径,针对传统思政工作存在的心理危机发现滞后、思政教育靶向不准等问题,构建了“1+2+N”数智赋能思政体系。该体系紧扣“立德树人”根本目标,通过“数据预警”和“场景浸润”两个核心模块,结合N个特色应用场景开展实践,实现了思政工作从“单向教育”到“互动浸润”、从“传统模式”到“数智升级”的转变。研究指出,数智赋能不仅解决了传统思政工作中的结构性矛盾,还通过数据驱动和场景融合,提升了心理健康服务和价值引领的实效性。通过建立多维数据矩阵进行心理预警,以及建设数字思政场景提高价值引领效果,让该体系在心理健康教育、价值引领实践和管理效能提升等方面取得了系统性突破,为新时代高校思政工作高质量发展提供了实践参考。
