研究生新生连续三年心理健康状况研究——基于SCL-90普查结果
A Study on the Mental Health of Graduate Freshmen For 3 Years—Based on SCL-90 Census Results

- Abstract: Objective: Investigate the mental healthof graduate students at Hubei University, understand their mental health needs, and improve their talent development plan. Methods: From 2020 to 2022, a total of 8552 graduate students were surveyed using SCL-90 for 3 years, and analyzed population sample, conducted positive factor. Results: From 2020 to 2022, the positive rates for graduate students were 13.86%, 8.43%, and 9.87%. The top 4 positive factors are obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and anxiety. Conclusion: The overall mental health status of graduate students is good. Interpersonal and emotional issues are prominent issues in this group. Further research is needed on how to effectively guide and cultivate them.目的：调查湖北大学研究生心理健康状况，了解心理健康需求，完善研究生人才培养方案。方法：2020—2022 年连续三年使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）调查8552名研究生，并进行样本总体分析、阳性因子情况分析。结果：2020—2022年， 研究生阳性率为13.86%、8.43%、9.87%。阳性因子前4的是强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑。结论：研究生整体心理健康状况较好。研究生群体中人际交往、情绪问题是突出问题，如何有效引导和培养有待继续研究。

This paper expounds the concept of resistance, analyzes the specific manifestations of resistance, discusses the causes of resistance, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of resistance.阻抗是来访者在心理咨询过程中表现出来的反抗、不服从、不接受或不配合治 疗、缺乏治疗动机的心理现象。本文对阻抗的概念进行了阐述，并分析了产生阻抗的具体表现，探讨了阻抗产生的原因，最后提出了阻抗的应对策略。

- Abstract: College Students’ mental disorders are on the rise, it brings more and more damage to students, their families, society and even the country. Based on the current situation of mental disorder among college students, through analyzing the problems faced by college students with mental disorders in their rehabilitation, we focus on discussing the work objectives and effective measures of building a mental disorder rehabilitation station for college students, to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of college students with mental disorders, and prevent recurrence, strengthen later rehabilitation training, maximize the recovery of various social functions and labor ability of students and patients.大学生精神障碍呈高增长趋势，其对学生个人、家庭、社会乃至国家都带来越来越大的损害。本文基于当下大学生精神疾病现状，通过分析大学生精神障碍患者康复中面临的问题，重点探讨构建大学生精神障碍康复站的工作目标和有效措施，达到对大学生精神障碍群体早发现、早诊断、早治疗的目的，有效防止复发，加强后期康复训练，最大限度地恢复患者各类社会功能和劳动能力。
