研究生新生连续三年心理健康状况研究——基于SCL-90普查结果

• 摘要： 目的：调查湖北大学研究生心理健康状况，了解心理健康需求，完善研究生人才培养方案。方法：2020—2022 年连续三年使用症状自评量表（SCL-90）调查8552名研究生，并进行样本总体分析、阳性因子情况分析。结果：2020—2022年， 研究生阳性率为13.86%、8.43%、9.87%。阳性因子前4的是强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑。结论：研究生整体心理健康状况较好。研究生群体中人际交往、情绪问题是突出问题，如何有效引导和培养有待继续研究。
• Objective: Investigate the mental healthof graduate students at Hubei University, understand their mental health needs, and improve their talent development plan. Methods: From 2020 to 2022, a total of 8552 graduate students were surveyed using SCL-90 for 3 years, and analyzed population sample, conducted positive factor. Results: From 2020 to 2022, the positive rates for graduate students were 13.86%, 8.43%, and 9.87%. The top 4 positive factors are obsessive-compulsive symptoms, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, and anxiety. Conclusion: The overall mental health status of graduate students is good. Interpersonal and emotional issues are prominent issues in this group. Further research is needed on how to effectively guide and cultivate them.
