心理咨询过程中的阻抗问题

• 摘要： 阻抗是来访者在心理咨询过程中表现出来的反抗、不服从、不接受或不配合治 疗、缺乏治疗动机的心理现象。本文对阻抗的概念进行了阐述，并分析了产生阻抗的具体表现，探讨了阻抗产生的原因，最后提出了阻抗的应对策略。
• Resistance is a psychological phenomenon that the clients show revolt, disobedience, non-acceptance or non-cooperation, and lack of treatment motivation in the process of psychological counseling. This paper expounds the concept of resistance, analyzes the specific manifestations of resistance, discusses the causes of resistance, and finally puts forward the countermeasures of resistance.
